Old baker's shovel

We have kept aside the CHICCA… the ancient baker's shovel from the 1800s, end of the century, a museum piece, 1 meter and 17cm long! The dimensions of the shovel excluding the handle are 34 x 24, the surface is slightly concave on one side to facilitate baking maneuvers. It comes from an ancient district of Bruges collected directly from the descendants of those who owned the ancient oven.
