French wooden bas-relief interior scene

Beautiful wooden bas-relief of generous dimensions, 40 x 29 cm, heavy, French manufacture with an ancient label on the back, taken from a manor house. It depicts a period rural interior: the woman intent on spinning, the man next to the fire and the little girl playing... but above all... have you seen the CATS?!
