19th century theatre binoculars

Directly from an old optical laboratory in Montmartre, Paris, as you can read on the inside of the case, here are the old opera binoculars for ladies, model “Duchesse” produced in the late nineteenth century. Spectacular and working example; the adjustment works correctly and the object does not show any damage. The case is also well preserved, the closure of which is finely decorated in Art Nouveau style. A certainly rare object, a little jewel to display in a shop window or to give as a gift to a precious person.
