Paint shop box

From Leeuwarden, Holland, comes this large #antiqueportablebox for… #paints! Think that it comes from an #antiquepaintshop and they sold the paint cans, on top you can still see some sketches. It has a handle and the 4 hinges work, the lid could be completely removed for convenience and the corners are reinforced with iron. It measures 47 x 18 cm, we liked it immediately when we saw it for how suitable it is to the #industrialstyle and for its curious history.
