Antique dressing basin and jug

When we saw it, entering the villa, we were enchanted. In the dusty simplicity of an ancient bathroom, this marvel had survived and was waiting for us. We almost saw the shadow of the woman who approached it every morning, with a linen cloth certainly of excellent workmanship. It is truly very ancient ceramic, marked on the bottom both on the basin and on the Jug. Refined and very elegant, the blue floral decorations are excellently preserved. The slender, art nouveau lines of the Jug make it different from those we are used to. There are no chips - only small marks on the basin visible in the photo are reported, they do not take away from the beauty of this ceramic that will literally illuminate your room.
