Temple Horse

Today we propose a very #curious and valuable object: it is an #ancient #bronze #artifact from India, made in the first half of the 19th century. It is an #ancienttoy called "temple toy" because it was used by children to pass the time during religious ceremonies in which adults participated. The #horse was the most frequently represented subject given its symbolism. A very beautiful and excellently preserved piece of #antique.
