Indochina Countertypes Batch 2

Very rare collection today, the first lot has already been sold: n.15 Ancient photographic dupes on glass plates, each generously sized 18 × 14 centimeters, treated with silver bromide, dating back to the 1910s, all taken in Indochina. The collection is of considerable historical and documentary importance as can also be seen from the photos taken - although they do not do it justice. Each dupe is preserved in its tissue paper and has its own caption. Elephants, ancient scales, ancient bridges and palaces; this and more of this you will find documented by these unpublished shots jealously preserved by a French traveler. The plates are from the Cappelli brand, awarded several prizes for the quality of its photographic inventions; purchased in Milan.
