Pair of baroque urns

Pair of #antique #baroque #fireplace #urns; height 28 cm, alloy material - probably #spelter ; late #nineteenth - early #twentieth century. French manufacture (Paris). Surely at one time there was also a marble base underneath. Beautiful pieces, very difficult to find without breakages and especially in pairs. Elegant and majestic presence in their place: above the mantelpiece of a large #period fireplace.
