Lot of large American photographs 1900

Tonight we are really proud to offer you this very original and precious collection: it is a lot of 8 photographs from the early twentieth century, all taken in America, most in a very renowned photography studio in San Francisco. The incredible aspect is the excellent conservation as well as the size of these photographs: keep in mind that the two largest, evidence of a sumptuous wedding at the beginning of the century, measure 31 x 28! Almost paintings. The frames, among other things, according to an all-American patent are foldable on the back, interlocking, and allowed the photograph to be placed so that it remained upright. They are all like this except for two which are traditional photographs without a support. They all concern the same family and are a piece of history to be jealously guarded.
