Miniature heads

#strangeobjects are my specialty… maybe because the charm of #wunderkammer never fades and has that “something” of gothic, intriguing, that always grabs you. Here are two #plaster #heads, they are two numbered #miniatures inserted in concave wooden frames. On the back the numbering and the provenance: two old Polish art workshops. Both #sculptures are representations of the beautiful #halloftheheads of the #krakowcastle; that is, the Hall of Deputies, very famous for its ceiling decorated with 30 heads, one of which is said to have even… spoken 👀. Precious in your #cabinetdescuriosites.
