Antique Travel Writing Desk with Inkwell

We have collected from a girls' boarding school this spectacular example of a folding travel writing desk, with a groove for writing materials and an inkwell hole, complete with ceramic inkwell. It is truly a beautiful piece, generous in size - closed it measures 54 x 40 cm - and is 23 cm high, in addition to being beautiful to display it is also very easy and lively to reinterpret - because it is an absolutely original container piece of furniture. Excellent conservation and beautiful colors inside that give the flavor of time passing.
