In the #30s, #martinbaker #aircraft began studying how to invent #ejection seats to be used on #militaryaircraft with the help of an explosive boost… it reached the #patent before Nazi Germany; et voilà here for you 2 #plates from the late #40s applied to the seats on #warplanes in which the patent numbers are indicated and the boxes for the checks are arranged. Complete with accompanying document! Curiosity: the very first time they were used was in '46.
