Set of antique shoe lasts

As you know we made an interesting retreat from an old shoemaker's shop; today we propose this set of 3 pairs of wooden shoe trees, movable, from three different brands. These "wooden feet" were used to shape the shoe; make it more comfortable, widen it or lengthen it - especially in an era in which buying a new pair of shoes was certainly not like going to some Chinese site today ... the shoe was a luxury item that deserved respect, proper care, and that generally lasted a lifetime.
