Tris of 1920s Liberty books

Spectacular trio of old books from the 1920s, with wonderfully decorated Art Nouveau covers, rich in floral motifs and color. Two volumes are very large, measuring 32.5 cm by 26 cm, they are respectively the Recits du temps passé by Maindron and La nouvelle Eve by Boissonnot. The latter is particularly interesting as it focuses on analyzing the female figures in the Gospels; furthermore, on the front cover it features a small plaque showing that it was given as a prize to a girl who was particularly good at spelling bees. These two books are from the prestigious publishing house MAME & Fils. Both books are full of stunning engravings. The third book, measuring 22.5 × 14 centimeters, is a historical book on the caves of Lourdes. Wonderful to display, the covers are works of art. Brittle bindings.
